Is Clevelands Renaissance One Big Lie?

The Plain Dealer and Downtown Cleveland enthusiasts think Cleveland is on a roll.

They point to the taxpayer funded:

Stadiums
Hotels
Office Towers
Convention Center
Restaurants
Retail

located in downtown Cleveland and insist that Cleveland is on the mend.
