I have a question regarding a stray cat I feed. He is an unneutered male cat that I have been feeding for about a year now. He totally trusts me and will finally let me pick him up. I have four cats in my home and I have no intention of bringing him inside, he has been outside for awhile now and doesn't seem to keen on being held. Plus I just can't adopt another cat but I do want to continue to provide for him as he seems happy with our arrangement. Anyhow I want to get him fixed but I worry about how to do that since he is basically a feral cat. Any pointers?
