I notice that a building was torn down on Franklin Avenue.
It was the house to the immediate west of the Shell station on the corner of W.117 and Franklin.
Does anyone know what will be done with that lot?

The Shell station is going to expand its footprint and add a convenience store. They bought the house to the west of that one as well.

I feel sorry for that 3rd house. All of a sudden he is next to a gas station.

I hope Shell does a nice job with the property.
I love what "Inn The Doghouse" did across the street...not just a great business, but also they put a nice mural on their eastern wall to welcome people to Lakewood.
