The Stache, 16-Bit, That's Nut's, Detroit Chow Line Update!

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

The Stache, aka old Gepettos'/Johnny Malloys.
They have been working their buts off and are getting ready for the final couple weeks before
opening. Their plan is to offer the best burgers in Lakewood in an upscale environment.

Signage on the door.

17103 Detroit Ave.

The biggest change I noted was the stonework and granite bar top. Plus the place had
been gutted as was being rebuilt.

Image
There is enough stone to give it a great feeling.

Image
A fireplace goes onto the "porch" section of the bar. Should be great in the fall.

Image
Funny how a little work provides such a dramatic change.

Image
That's Nut's has moved into Create-A-Cake and is open for business.

16-Bit was testing their signage, while inside they were hurrying to finish getting tables
and seating correct before bringing in the game machines.

Possibly the most awaited bar opening in years.

Stay tuned for more updates. New Beef Place on Madison, New Italian coming, and
rumors of a place to give the Beachland a run for the money. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
