Driving through town this AM, I noticed the traffic light completely out at Woodward/Detroit (at the McDonalds) and some hefty looking stop signs in the middle of Detroit, turning it into a four way stop.
Since electricity isn't out, does anyone know if:
(a) The lights are being re-calibrated?
(b) They are testing removing the lights and going to a four way stop?
(c) Something else?

Being repaired is my bet. Coming back from Arts Festival they were all stuck on. I couldn't
help but notice the Streat Burger Logo looked similar.
