At first I thought there was an early morning robbery, then I realized just a new mini-station.
Come on, police eating donuts is always funny.

Image
In the early morning light I can see that Rocky River, the city to the left of us, made an assault on the "Best City."

Holy Moly, Mini-Mart became Cap & Corks overnite! I think this is the first time I realized Craft Beer was spelled with a C.

I wonder how Woodward is doing...

Interesting how cars go through in groups not alternating. Yield signs at least make this little less deadly, and easier
for the police to figure out who is at fault in the accident.

World Cup Fever Was Bigger At Merry Arts Than Anywhere In Lakewood!

Image
You could not fit in the main bar, at all!

Image
The side room and patio was even more crowded! You could hear the cheers and boos from block away!

Bringing the kids up right!

Image
Dad rides a bike, while his son checks out a cool electric version of the Chevy Camaro!

Image
They were making pretty good time, but not as good as his sister on a pink motorcycle 4 stores ahead!

Image

Image
Everyone was wishing they had a yellow camaro convertible on that warm Sunday afternoon.

People wonder how the Emerald Canyon got its name.

Well it is a canyon with sheer cliffs cut by a river, and it is very, very, very green.

I'd be more interested in the photo of you climbing through the manhole to get on the roof!

Exposure matters.

Many people leave their cameras on auto, try manual, exposure matters as does time.

Image
Slightly underexposed photo of Lakewood from Edgewater Park shows the deep blues that were presence at the time.

Image
A couple seconds later the sun is lower, and a more correct exposure brings in some of the warmth of sunsets.

Image
A switch to the iphone shows the progress of warmth and color.

FWIW

This guy was not real happy me taking his picture, "Hurry up, the bus is coming!"

I was trying to figure out if the was a Chick-fil-a logo on his forehead. You know maybe like Melt.
Put a Chick-fil-a tattoo on your forehead and get free refills on soda.

Well he said he was done, and we will never know.

Early this Sunday morning I noticed a roadside "tribute" in front of St. James on Detroit Ave.

Image

Image
I figure this roadside tribute will get balloons and teddy bears later.

Image

Image
Possibly at 2:00am they were planning on covering the hood?

I've come back to this photo a number of times because the caption is so funny.

My guy no longer calls ahead, he just buzzes the house in his Gulfstream - V a few

minutes before he comes by.

Do you ever work the Catskills ?
