Roxu : Any info on Sushi in Lakewood?

If I remember, last summer (2013) there was some talk about a sushi restaurant (Roxu) opening on Madison by the end of 2013. Obviously, that timeframe has come and gone. Does anyone have any info on whether Roxu is still planned to open or if Lakewood is, once again, left sushi-less? Thanks!
