Why would winter in this part of the country end in February?

Spring 30 days away.

April 15, usually the cut-off on late snow.

Love the shot of the trees Peter.
Saw that the lake ice was being blown off shore by a stiff breez out of the South so I wanted to capture some aerial shots.
