Shameless Plug for LHS Basketball

Post by Michael Deneen »

If you are looking for some inexpensive winter entertainment, I suggest you check out a Rangers basketball game.
Now that February is here, there aren't many home games remaining.

Both the boys and girls teams are doing extremely well this season.
They are each in first place in their conference.
The boys games have also upgraded the "fan experience" by adding a pep band.

I interviewed the girls team for an Observer article (in the next issue), and they are a very pleasant and fun bunch of kids.

Here is a link to the boys schedule:

Mike:

Thanks for sharing. When was the last time both the boys ( ranked 20th) and girls basketball (ranked 7th) programs were ranked in the top 25?

Now that outdoor basketball has returned to the 'Wood, the high school teams are better.

Coincidence?

I think not!
