Has City Hall Mastered Cognitive Dissonance?

Given that the rights of residents are being stripped away from us daily by City Hall – including the right to elect our own mayor – now begs the question as to whether City Hall has mastered cognitive dissonance.

That cartoon explains my conflicting desires very well.
