All indications are that the store has closed for good.

Never want to see a local place close but can't say I'm surprised. Their pizza was always just a bit more expensive than other places and not significantly better. Not sure why their prices were so much higher but we probably hadn't gone there in a year or two. Much better local options for us.

What a drag.

While I agree about the pizza, they had good ribs, good chicken and great specials!

One of the few places I could always find a "Free Book Of Mormon" too.

Nice people.

Two bad.

What a bummer. I go a couple of weeks without ordering ribs and look what happens. :) They had a good gluten free menu.

In a City with too many restaurants even the good ones can fail.

We were at the Blue Point last week for our once a year excursion out of Lakewood. The food and service was great and the place was pretty busy. The waiter said they don't get any casino business and get a little of the suburban business. He said most of the customers came from out of town. We took a short walk around the warehouse district and noticed a lot of empty restaurants.

The City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County are set to subsidize more restaurants in the new flats development.

If you have policies that attract value added jobs the restaurants can take care of themselves. The political leadership in Cuyahoga County disagrees. They think if you spend billions subsidizing, football, baseball, the arts, the bars, the restaurants and basket ball that business and residents will pour into Cleveland. How's that working out?
