Starry Night 2013, What A Party For A Great Cause

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

Saturday, August 2, was the 8th Annual Starry Night Party, put on by the Lakewood Hospital
Foundation to raise funding and awareness for Diabetes Research. From the first event this
has continued to be the party of the year in Lakewood, and 2013 was no different. What was
different this year was the temperature. Normally about 100+ degrees in the tent was this
year a very pleasant 73 degrees, so it made the night just that much more enjoyable.
