This Snowden character has been granted asylum in Russia.

I have seen at least half of the film "Moscow On the Hudson".
In terms of granting Asylum, I believe the U.S. definitely wins.
We get musicians and circus clowns and scientists...

and they just get goofy computer clerks like Snowden and hicks like Lee Harvey Oswald.
The important thing is, the U.S. wins.
