New Discount Drug Mart .. so far so good?

I've had the opportunity to walk (halleluja) to the new Discount Drug Mart for food and stuff... it's squeaky clean and the traffic pattern seems to work pretty well.

I wonder what the resident perspective is from folks on Grace and Cohassett. How's it been? And are they going to make good on the promise to fix up the house, now that the building is done?
