Why does the best community in the county, 4 years in a row, and one of the ten best
coolest places to visit in America have to buy our friends?

Lakewood has 80 or so empty homes, which is less than 1% of residents.

Why do we have to pay for friends?

While I am happy, I would like to see what the projected abatement could add up to.

FWIW

The term abate in the resolution refers to asbestos removal in the buildings to be demolished.
