If You Like Motor Racing And/Or IndyCar And NASCAR

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

I would like to remind all motorsports fans about the Observer/Human Tribe motorsports
media project that is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and covers motor racing around the
world, and heavily here in the USA.

Racing Information Systems was a dream created decades ago by Michael Hollander, a
motorsports writer that knew there had to be a better way to cover motor racing. He started
this forum on Compuserve (remember them, they were the leaders before AOL failed the
first time). I was an early member and contributor.

Well Michael passed away, and Compuserve is closed, so some of the members were looking
for another platform to use, and they came to Lakewood based, AGS Software Development
to partner with. Now in its 4th year, it is really coming into its own with amazing coverage
of Indy, NASCAR, Drag Racing, SportsCars and even Formula One.

If you like racing, bookmark it, and go back often. No one does the month of May as well
as these dedicated fans and professionals.

This site is everything you claim it to be ! Very nice balance. Bookmarked.

Had Talbot King Hedinger had this type of coverage available to him, he would
have not had to ask me which particular patch of vegetation John Newland had
just explored backwards with his racing machine !

A nicely crafted, current, and inclusive source. Were you going 36 on Clifton ?
