Here is Volume 9, Issue 8, it is another wonderful capture of the city I hope we all love and appreciate.

I had written so many things after finishing the paper at 11:00 pm last night, but today,
they all seem so irrelevant especially after what happened in Boston yesterday. I was
going to talk about cities and how the only thing they really offer to residents, the voters,
are services, and cutting those seem akin to cutting off an. arm or a leg. Then you see
real people lose an arm or a leg through a senseless act of violence and it drains you even
more. I was going to speak about the loss of some of our key events that not just help
build the communities brand, but give the residents something to take their minds off
their day to day concerns and troubles. Then you watch in horror as as truly great event is
used for evil means.

Today, it all seems so minuscule to the real problems and issues of the world, and of Boston.

No, today take a look at the Observer, then take a look at your loved ones and hug them.
Drive through our fabulous city and smile and appreciate what we have, what we still
have, and think. Just think.
