Vosh Opens To Rave Reviews! Soft opening PACKED!

Vosh, , Lakewood, OH. (216) 221-3500

Last night Vosh, aka Vosh Club had their soft opening, and while it was mostly
friends of the family and long time customers to say it was anything but packed would be
a dreadful understatement.

The place was packed, the bar nearly impossible to get to but a great time was had by all.

Though the mayor found a way to get there, for a glass of wine with wife Wendy.

Mickey Krivosh and the Krivosh family have been longtime entrepreneurs and tavern owners,
entertainment gurus in Lakewood. Mickey took a small place at the bend of Detroit Avenue,
and over decades turned it into one of the most successful bars in the city.

When Three Birds/Georgetown was closing, as Jimmy Bell had lost interest in the restaurant business,
it was the Krivosh family that stepped up bought the buildings and took it over. Slowly
but surely turning it into a 5 star restaurant with their own flavor and touch.

The place was rocking, to a good jazz quartet.

At the opening of that venue Mickey and Ryan, announced a new club to be built adjacent
to Georgetown. Slowly as the idea took shape it was learned the club would be called "Vosh"
which is the second half of the Krivosh name, and was thought up by Mickey's daughter.

Well it is open and Billy did a hell of a job building it using a bar and other fixtures that
were acquired and recycled from Lakewood Country Club, including he fireplace and
tables and more, making it a very green club too!

With a nice size stage for music, comedy, poetry etc. in an incredible surrounding with a
ton of parking, in what many call the entertainment district of Lakewood. Making it easy
to walk from venue to venue, sampling foods, theater, music and great times in a wild
assortment of bars, clubs, restaurants, and live theater.

Its Southwest wall opens to the patio and can be lifted in the summer to allow the crowds
to spill out onto the Georgetown Patio, winner of the best patio in Lakewood 4 years in
a row, and onto Detroit Avenue. Boy they have done it perfectly in every way!

The Krivoshs, Mickey and son Ryan have delivered the gold standard once again for entertainment and live music and fun in Lakewood.

It opens to the public Friday night, with Valet Parking, and great drinks and appetizers
from the incredible Georgetown menu. Stop by, check it out, and enjoy everything that
is happening in Lakewood on the Westside.

Good luck and congratulations, yet again to the Krivoshs.

Is Georgetown closing? I see a line in the above post "When Three Birds/Georgetown was closing". Did I miss something?

Matthew

NO!

Thanks for the question. I meant went Three Birds was closing, now known as Georgetown.

Georgetown is not closing and will be serving appetizers into Vosh.

Georgetown recently got a new head chef and everyone is raving about the food there.
