Tremont on Madison

The owners of a new Mexican restaurant on Madison also have one in Tremont. The owner said that Tremont has too many restaurants and too few people.

Madison Avenue is the perfect street for Tremont style restaurants. It's time to start building the Madison Avenue Cafe District.

My own modest proposal would require some County investment dollars. Since Lakewood is not elligible for those dollars I propose changing the name of Madison Avenue to Downtown Avenue. The dollars will flow like Guiness on St. Patricks Day as long as no one tells Ed Fitzgerald where Downtown Avenue is really located.

Secrecy is vital.
