copper thief nabbed

At 3:48 AM Lakewood Police arrested a man attempting to steal drainpipes and gutters off of the church at Manor Park and Detroit.
The call came in at 3:34 from an observant citizen walking his dog. Officers responded immediately and effected the arrest on Marlowe.
This quick series of events might put and end to the recent copper thefts.
