when the Founding Fathers met to decide how the Country should be for now on, there was no high school.
Many of these Founding Fathers had attended preparatory school, boarding school, or the College. They came out of that wearing wigs, high hosiery, and powder.
They realized lower class people would turn out even worse. With the competition and conformatity for foppery and finery.
although there was no indoor plumbing toilets, running water, and such splendours, they guessed some time there would be such issues.
"but what about high school football, baseball, cheerleading, and womens volleyball?" they asked. "It isn't worth it. these lower classes would turn into queers and trannies".
and so, that is why the Founding Fathers decided not to invent High School. It was good enough for most folks to enter an apprenticeship in the skilled trades after fifth grade. High school had no meaning; only the scions of the rich should afford to be so useless.
