Winter Storm Warning - Draco!

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

I am not sure when they started to give winter storms names, but they named this one,
Draco. And after watching some of the projections that seemed to have Lakewood at the
3" - 6" level, that we have been moved into the 6" - 12" band, which while bad is not as
bad as east of us that just got pushed into the 12" - 4' ban!

What is going to make this an additional mess is it is accompanied by winds around 30mph
but gusting to it 50 mph. Which after the rain and snow should mean heavy iced branches
taking our wires, and power outages.

Hopefully this post will jink the storm enough to be nothing to speak of.

Just a friendly reminder, the kids will be on break after tomorrow, but everyone still needs safe & clear sidewalks.
