Textng while driving
"So, let's make the most of this beautiful day.
Since we're together we might as well say:
Would you be mine? Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?"

More busy work?
Is this the same crew that closed down our parks early, made yard sales signs illegal, helped
to ban pit bulls, a law the state had that was struck down, and now are duplicating the laws
of the state again with another law against the residents that is redundant?
I would think the place to start with this is ask Chief Malley how many times the state law
has been imposed on drivers, and if that number is large, or if the number of drivers
texting, and slipping through the loophole in the state law(none) has gotten away from
getting a ticket or fine, and then and only then, see how the city law can close that massive
err nonexistent loophole in the state law.
Outside of that, maybe this group could focus on more laws against City Hall, than the residents.
Just a thought...
