The honor of the office is slipping away

Post by Ryan Salo »

The actions of this sitting president are damaging the honor of this office. I can't believe this man has a chance of staying in the office for four more years.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/10 ... bullsh-er/

[quote]"As we left the Oval Office, executive editor Eric Bates told Obama that he had asked his 6-year-old if there was anything she wanted him to say to the president. ... [S]he said, 'Tell him: You can do it.' Obama grinned," Brinkley wrote, according to Politico. "'You know, kids have good instincts,' Obama offered. 'They look at the other guy and say, 'Well, that's a bullsh-ter, I can tell.'"

Maybe Obama has been watching Idiocracy too much. ***Warning contains Obama type language**

The opening of Idiocracy is sadly appropriate as well.

I do not see a correlation between your assertions and the quotes you provided.

Idiocracy is an indictment of post-industrial free market america.
the monopolies and infotainment and chain stores and the folks who voted to invade Iraq to get even for 9/11.....

I reckon if whoever you voted for said the exact same words in the exact same situation it would just be friendly conversation. No need to lament the honor of the office.

You are incorrect sir. The president of the United States said that kids can see Romney is a bullS&^ter in an INTERVIEW that was going to be published. This is completely different than a heated discussion on the floor of the house or off the air. I would not accept any republican president doing such a thing. Maybe he was just lowering himself to try to connect with his voters... or maybe he really has low standards of conduct. He obviously has no problem misleading and lying to the american people.

I highly doubt this, and if it were true I am sorry that you must have had such a horrific event happen where you would lower your morals and values and give up hope. I guess you must have replaced it with the type of "hope" obama has brought the country.

If you're going to have a reasonable discussion, please at least cite a reliable, unbiased source. In addition, I'd be interested in reading why you view a shift to the Democratic Party persuasion as a lowering of morals and values.
