Bridges to Recovery 5K-Lakewood Park 4/14/12

Post by Esther Hazlett »

Hey All,
The Bridges for Recovery 5K Run/Walk will be held at Lakewood Park on Saturday 4/14/12, at 9:00 a.m.

If you're thinking of trying your first 5K, or want to get some speedwork in, this is a great flat course, and the run is for a great cause: proceeds go to the Covenant Adolescent Chemical Dependency Treatment and Prevention Center.

I'll be somewhere in the back of the pack!

Bumping up.

Still time to participate, just register on Saturday morning, starting at 8:00.

Come run or walk with us...to burn off the taco truck tacos, Cozumel margaritas, or to cool off seething tempers!
