More than numbers: Penton will miss Whitehall 'family'
* The 13-year Whitehall school district treasurer will leave his position in the fall.

Whitehall City School District Treasurer Tim Penton officially will step down in December, though his last days in Whitehall will be in October before using his accrued vacation time.
Longtime Whitehall City School District Treasurer Tim Penton said he wrestled with the idea of leaving the district he had come to accept as a family.
