Rush In The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame?

Bruce White from Cheyenne, Wyoming standing in front of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
in protest. Bruce ame in with friends from Wyoming but would not step on the RRHOF
property in protest. Bruce thought it was outrageous that RUSH with 22 Gold Alboms,
and 18 Platinum Records was not in the Hall. He thought maybe because they were never
in fights, never broke up, and stayed married to their wives, the Cleveland and the Rock
Hall, thought they were unfit. This was taken while Bruce's friend went through the Rock
Hall. As I walked away he yelled, "Tiny Tim is in the Rock Hall but not Ruch? WTF" Hard to
argue with that one.

rush should have been one of the first inductees imo. not only are they easily recognizible by their sound and originality they have permeated themselves into culture for years ("fanboys" anyone?)

the rockhall administrators have behaved in a dubious manner at best over the years.

look for lady gaga to be inducted before actual rock and roll pioneers

I had a wonderful time standing on the corner and talking to everyone coming and going. About half of the visitors agreed with my position. It was fun sharing RUSH stories with the fans. The folks at the RRHOF let me do my thing and only had to "move me along" a couple of times when I wandered onto their property.

Plus, Sunday was the best day of the weekend and I actually got a slight sunburn on my face. Next time I'll have to plan for a visit to Cleveland during the summer.

Thanks for the exposure Jim!

Bruce, you are awesome ... it is one of many travesties of the Rock Hall, but one of the most agregious.

All this machinery making modern music
Can still be open-hearted.
Not so coldly charted, it's really just a question
Of your honesty, yeah, your honesty.
