As you can tell from Missy's post and this poster, we have decided not to have the festival this year.

So although the festival is canceled, what time would one have arrived if it was still on? Wink, wink.

Will there be a PETA/vegan approved splatter free zone this year because I'm giving up meat for 2012.

So, what did WE miss while ringing in the New Year in more conventional ways?

Meg

Sorry for taking so long in the reply. Crazy things going on already this year as all of the
Observers get cranked up into production again, after our holiday break. Here are a couple
images to come out of my New Years. I still have not edited my photos yet!

One of Deb's images I have played with a little.

The trading card for the event.

Original image, so people can see it was based in fact.

Deb was at the far end, I was with the crowd and will put my photos up in a bit, after
morning work. It was a good turnout, for a nice event.

Stop by next year for this unique Lakewood tradition.
