Cleveland Cobras Game (Lakewood Garfield Middle School)

Hello all,

Please take the opportunity to attend the Cleveland Cobras (Cleveland Semi-Pro football team) game at Garfield Middle School Stadium tonight at 7:00 PM. This game is a key divisional matchup with the winner earning a bid to the playoffs.

They use the Garfield Middle School Stadium and have many players from the local area. Former Lakewood Ranger greats Don Schroeder, Jermaine St. Clair, and Angel Crespo currently play a big role in the Cobras program. Also, the new 7th grade Head Football Coach at Garfield Middle School, Coach Paul Orefice, starts for the Cleveland Cobras on the offensive line. The Cobras are owned by Lakewood Graduate and current Cobra player, Keith Burdette (whose brother also currently plays for the 7th grade Garfield Middle School football team).

Finally, the other big news is that the Garfield Football Coaches will be running the concession stand at the game and all proceeds raised at the concession stand will benefit the Garfield Ranger Football Program.

Please come out and support the former Lakewood High athletes, a local Lakewood team owner, and most importantly, your Garfield Ranger Football Program.
