Quaker Steak To Be Built

I wasn't thrilled by Applebees and I'm not thrilled by this. I'm curious how they'll make this fit our architectural standards and lack of space. Most Quaker Steaks are glowing neon green monstrosities in the middle of vast parking lots (Valley View).

Good point to make about the Lube. Is there enough space for people to park in that area. Thats a good idea though....1000s of more people to make driving down Detroit even more tedious...

I would walk to McDonalds, but there isnt one close enough for me to walk to....

I like walkability as much as anyone, but I do not have time on an average day to walk 40 minutes from my house to that plaza. And then another 40 minutes back (or more, since the trip back would be uphill...). Nor, at this point unfortunately, the physical ability to do that.

I was being a little "devilish" (hense the icon used) when i said that, although it is true about the city.

I understand everyone has constraints, but non-the-less, somehow I do not often get caught in much traffic there possibly because I avoid driving on Detroit. As well I have driven close to downtown Lakewood, parked, and walked a much shorter distance to various locations there.

I use Skanklin mostly...but now I am moving on Detroit in thsoe rosewood apartments in the next couple weeks...Im sure I will walk more...alot more....
