I bet many restaurants around town offer some sort of meeting space for modest business meetings. That's what we prefer to do where I work. It would be hard to compete with that. I still think a party center would be a better, if more challenging, option.

Winkin' Lizard has a party room (we used it for my 10-year LHS reunion). Off the top of my head, though, how many other restaurants have the facilities for a private meeting room? Most of the places I can think of have apartments above them...
Also, we'd be tailoring our facilities to businesses. In the larger conference room(s) (10-12 occupancy) we'd want to offer projectors, sound systems and very likely teleconferencing equipment.

Although I am a regular reader of the LO Deck and get the reference to previous conversations, this quote caused me to laugh out loud as I thought of Congressman Weiner hiring a private security company to investigate his recent Twitter photo post.
Perhaps you'd like to elaborate for those who may find this post inappropriate before mainstream media descends upon Lakewood?
