Accident on Madison Ave.

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

Coming home from a meeting I noticed some odd tracks and found this.

From a witness a woman in her mid-forties was pulling out of a convenience store a block
away and hit a car. She then proceeded into Madison Ave. where the accelerator got stuck
and the car traveled back up the curb across the small lawn and into this apartment building.

The car was removed by the time I got there, and the clean up crews were at work, on
one person slightly injured.

It looks to me like the right front tire might be locked up and plowing, but maybe not.

Jim--- confirmed with observations and statements on the site. By the time I got there it was clean up.
Some people can't wait 'till Sunday for some NASCAR action.
