Tommy's Pizza and Chicken

Post by Glenn Palmer »

Just got my sampling from Rick at Tommy's Pizza and let me tell you it was amazing, great crust texture and the sauce is reminescent of Trios in River. My fathers receipe is #1 and this is a close second. Nice to see a locally owned family pizza shop open. We have a stack of menus at Lakewood Hardware and will have some samples on Friday.

Not sure but we drove past it last night (Wed) and lights were on and the OPEN sign was list. Would be nice if something can succeed there.

Do they do NY style pizza?? I miss New York Style Pizza from up on Triskett. Looks like a Gepetto's bought their space and I hope they continue to make the old 36" pizza. It was fantastic party food! Will have to give Tommy's a try. Lakewood is a tough place to find a new home for Pizza, I would think. We have so much good stuff already. Good luck!

From everything I read online, their other location is a fantastic place for gluten-free dining. I hope this one does as well. My sister has celiac disease and has to eat gluten-free so when she visits us we would love to have something close by to us.
