Side streets looking good.

Seems the city is all caught up on what some were calling the storm of the decade,

Yawwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Been listening to the scanner--------- sounds like a good measured response to the need to plow and areas that have been plowed and an effort to contact vehicle owners to move their cars.

Crews working the streets during the ice storm tonight.

I swear, this is exactly how it looked as I walked out of the West End Tavern.

Nice photos, Jim. It never ceases to amaze me how the TV media over-reports the weather. A snow storm become a national event.

Well, at first it seemed warm and rainy this morning. The rain changed to icy points as I was walking, and a gust of wind almost knocked me down. However, all and all, I think the blizzard missed us.
