Even if he would be allowed, legally, he shouldn't live next to the school and he shouldn't have access to kids at the LGBT Center. It's wrong. No cure for these creeps, nothing works. Once a pedophile, always a pedophile, know your surroundings, warn your children, watch them carefully.
