Family Fun -Recess ROCKS! Check out some of the participants

Here are some of the partcipating organizations Jordan's Family Foundation has lined up for Recess ROCKS! on Sunday, September 26th from 1- 4pm at Lakewood Park. Stop by and check it out. Feel free to bring your running shoes, walking shoes, skateboard, roller blades, bike, tennis racket and/or your jump shot to join in the fun. Also, check out which teachers, principals and School Board Members are being dunked in the Dunk Tank! This will be fun for the entire family.

Hi Corey,

I just wanted to tell you that my daughter came bouncing home from school singing,
"Recess rocks, recess rocks," with a ticket entitling her to dunk one of her teachers.
She is delighted and demanding to go this Sunday. I didn't realize there was a chance
to win $500 in equipment for our school. What a great idea.

You are correct. Kara and I, through Jordan's Family Foundation, will be donating $500 to the Lakewood City School (K -

that has the highest percentage of students in attendance. The money will be directed towards physical education equipment or activity-based recess equipment, depending on the winning school's individual needs.

Be sure to have your daughter stop by one of the three Registration Booths to be counted. She will then receive a Jordan's Family Foundation hand stamp to show that she has made a difference!

I'm glad to hear that your family will be joining the fun!

My younger kids are so excited, they keep reminding me about it. They are especially thrilled to make a visit to the dunk tank. Thank you so much for adding a fun family activity to Lakewood. I really hope this is a success and becomes and annual event.

Kudos to Corey and all the others who made today's event so successful. It was awesome and my family had a blast. Thanks for such an awesome event.
