ALERT! - Purse Snatching - Warrants Issued!

On July 17th at 2:30PM there was a purse snatching at the Lakewood Public Library, 15425 Detroit Ave. The victim, an 88 year old Lakewood woman was not injured. The suspects did get away with her purse and at this point have not been identified.
Suspects are
#1- W/M 20yrs, 5'10 165, brown short hair
#2, W/F, 20yrs, 5'5, 135, brown hair
Suspect vehicle, dark Ford Crown Victoria 4dr.

The Lakewood Police Department has video surveillance with good pictures of the suspects. The videos are too large for email but can be viewed at the Lakewood Police Department, or a copy can be provided if you would call first.

Due to tips from the public the two suspects in the Lakewood Public Library purse snatching on July 17, 2010 have been identified. Brother and sister Ryan and Lauren Markham have been identified. Arrest warrants for Robbery have been issued for each of them. Glad to see the library has such good surveillance equipment. And hopefully this will dissuade any more morons from attempting such a crime there.
