What's with bus and police cars on Clifton...

...saw on my way home from work. Bus pulled over on Clifton (near St. Charles) with 4(?) Lakewood police cars ahead and behind with lights flashing. Anyone know what was going on?

In my dreams, they were arresting someone for talking too loud on a cell, because that guy is on every damn bus and train I ride.
