Through your efforts, many potential writers, artists, and photographers have discovered and developed their skills, and I do believe that our community is much the better for it all, as a result.

I totally agree. Ivor is a very talented young man and has a very bright future no matter where he goes and what he does. His photographs are exquisite! Good luck Ivor!
