Here is the agenda for the next School Board meeting at 7 p.m. on May 17 at Harding Middle School. It will be a busy one!

Hi Christine,

Thanks for posting the agenda. I don't think many people know that the agenda is available before the meetings or available on the District's website. This really helps with giving citizens access to our BOE.

I just have one question, I noticed that Communications (the time that the public can comment directly to the BOE) is scheduled in the agenda before the Superintendent's report, yet it has been scheduled in the past after the Superintendent's report. I looked back on recent agendas and it seems like the Communication item always changes. Why is that?

Kristine: The Superintendent intends to ask the Board to move the Communications into the position following the Superintendent's Report. You are right, it has moved around as the Board has experimented with where best to place this important part of the meeting.
