First. This is in now way a slam on the Root. The place is super and it is awesome that they provide free access as a value add to their grate coffee.

That said. I ask that you respect this free service by not downloading stuff via BitTorrent while you are there. I am a fan of BitTorrent, contrary to popular belief it has plenty of legitimate uses. The problem is that the protocol is not very good at not causing traffic jams. Their poor little consumer router can not handle it. Your use of BitTorrent does two very important things. First (the selfish reason) it makes it almost impossible for me to SSH into things. Second it will slow down the Internet (ALOT!) for all users.

So please be a good strewed of this awesome resource and do your torrenting at home.
