Thank you for posting, Ryan.

I would encourage all Lakewoodites to attend this event. Dr. Madak does a wonderful job explaining Issue 6 in a frank, honest manner.

Issue 6 is supported by various leaders regardless of party affiliation including, but not limited to, the Mayor; every current city council member and former city council member Ryan Demro; and every current school board member and former school board members Chas Geiger and Debra Sweeney; as well as prior candidates such as you, Martin Lowell, Diane Helbig, and Jared Shapiro. I am sure that I am missing someone so I apologize in advance.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 27th at 7:00pm at Lakewood City Hall, the LRO will host the Lakewood City Schools Superintendent P. Joseph Madak. He will be joined by School Board Vice-President Matthew Marking and Levy Co-Chairperson Mike Summers. They will be doing a presentation about the upcoming operating levy. The three speakers will also have a Q&A session, so bring your questions and/or concerns. This is a great opportunity to let your voice be heard by these school leaders.

This is a free event, with light dessert provided, that is open to the public so feel free to forward this email to your friends and family.

Below are some photos from tonight's LRO meeting where Dr. P. Joseph Madak, Councilman and Levy Co-Chair Mike Summers, and I shared information on Issue 6.

Sorry Ivor, Gary, and Jim ... I know these photos to not meet your standards. I did my best.

Great event! This levy (Issue 6) is about the future of the Lakewood City Schools. If this levy does not pass then our city schools will be playing "catch up" for the next decade (even after the economy recovers). Please vote yes on Issue 6.. Thanks

PS. Dr. P. Joseph Madak gave a great presentation tonight
