displays. I suppose it is something that goes all the way to when I was a small child, and
would just love the way everything looks so nice around the holidays. Santa, Mangers,
Snowmen, and the lights those wonderful lights.
It also gives us a chance to shine, and try to show what we can do when it comes to
decorating. As kids we have dreams, and now as adults we get a crack at it. We can all
laugh at Clark "Sparky" Griswold's pain in "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" when
he works so hard to have the perfect decorations to please his father, only to run
afoul of a plug. And who can forget the war that broke out between Matthew Brodrick and
Danny Devito in "Deck The Halls" where Danny promises his family, "When I am done they
will be able to seen us from space!"
So with that in mind, and it being a year since the last time I have had the pleasure, and so
much has gone on since then, with the sparkle snow falling, we went off to look and take
pictures for everyone interested in Lakewood to see how we do it.
