What's the status of the development of the Drug Mart plaza across from the library? A few of the storefronts are for lease, so it seems that not much is happening.

All I've observed is the owners of the property -- ONE LAKEWOOD COMPANY LLC -- owe over $170,000 in back property taxes.

Here's a guy who desperately wanted to live in his house, but the city of Cleveland decided it was unfit for habitation, so they boarded it up and evicted him.

Two years later they knocked it down. Now, with an outstanding tax bill of less than $200 they are foreclosing to take his land.
