Back in the 1980s we watched some kind of program at school.
It featured Nancy Reagan.
She was telling us not to drink alcohol or do drugs.
We also watched the Space Shuttle Challenger blow up.
NASA was trying to get us to be astronauts. or something.

This is one of my big school memories. I was in 6th grade and we watched because the first teacher was going into space. I remember the principal walking from room to room talking to the students about the incident.
Didn't we also have some presidential fitness program? I could never do pull ups so I never won the fitness challenge. *hangs head in shame*
