LHS West Wing Dedication and Tour Aug. 24

Post by Christine Gordillo »

Please mark Monday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. on your calendars to come and see the latest accomplishment of the Lakewood City Schools' districtwide construction initiative. The newly renovated western portion of the high school will be open for touring after a short dedication ceremony and ribbon-cutting to be held in the northwest parking lot on Franklin Blvd. Join us in celebrating this important milestone for our district and our community.

[color=#000000][color=#000000][color=#000000]My family and I just returned from LHS. We missed the ceremony, but enjoyed the opportunity to see the new wing. Awesome!

Lakewood kids are lucky to have this environment in which to learn. It will be terrific to see the entire building remodeled. Let's keep it going!

Nothin' shakin' on Shakedown Street.
Used to be the heart of town.
Don't tell me this town ain't got no heart.
You just gotta poke around.
