The Real Lakewood - Cristina and John Gerwitz

I would like to give a shout out to my neighbors, Cristina and John Gerwitz. Cristina and John did an excellent job rehabbing a Belle Avenue residential property that sold just last week for a very nice price! While their hard work in improving Lakewood should be enough justification for accolades from all of us, they demonstrated the true Lakewood Spirit by going out of their way to assist yours truly.

Cristina stopped by the below Belle Avenue Home that I am trying to either sell, rent, or lease to purchase and offered for me to borrow some of her staging material. Cristina even stopped by later in the week and dropped off cabinet hardware that makes my kitchen look much better. Cristina's generosity was unsolicited and demonstrates what makes the Real Lakewood unique – the people.
