It's what they're going to use to resurface Bunts.
Seriously, it's not that it's good cheese. It's that it's a metric crapton of it. (For those of you who don't know, a metric crapton = 837,000 pounds, using 9 million pounds of milk) The cheese purchase was a contract to provide food banks with the cheese and Miceli hired 15 people to produce the cheese.
