Christopher, I changed my mind. I really think that given the situation the city is in and the void created by the loss of Councilman Dever, we need someone with experience. I will be the one candidate on the ballot with the most experience on city council. The only other candidates with any experience on city council are Councilpersons Antonio and Powers.

I am also intimately familiar with the budget and challenges facing the City. I think it might be easier to work at City Hall now that Council has a cooperative Administration. During my previous term we had an Adminstration that liked to weave and dodge and hide the truth. In addition, this Administration is pursuing policies that are quite similar to the ones that I ran on in 2007. I look forward to the kind of progress we can make in the coming years.
