The dueling Piano Men

Elton John and Billy Joel concert from last night. It was the best live performance I have ever seen.
More pictures to come later.

I agree, a tremendous show. 3 and a half hours of hit after hit. They work so well together, and their solo portions were first rate too! Billy said during the show he was sixty? The man still has it. Elton wasn't quite as lively, but his voice and piano talents have not left him.

I have been to at least one hundred concerts in my life, and this was definitely a top 5 show!

Great shots by the way, can't wait to see more.

John, I'm glad you had a great time. From the front row to the very back, or "Youngstown" (as Billy Joel called the cheap seats), it seemed like everyone was having a great time.

They really played their hearts out.

OMG Ivor we got last minute tickets and worth every penny! They were amazing!!!!!! For someone who likes to be in bed by ten lately, I wanted them to play all night! They are the real deal and I was pleasantly surprised to see how gracious Elton was, bowing after every song to his audience, and how REAL Billy Joel was, chatting with us Clevelanders like he was one of us. Amazing show for sure. I couldn't stay in my seat and after we were so energized we hung in Cleveland till they chased us out. It was a nice night. I was also impressed with what they have done with E. 4th! It has been awhile since I was down there but hopefully the city coming back! Great photos!
